Kaivalyadhama – A New Beginning in Cultural Transformation with Skillentials Team

Kaivalyadhama, a spiritual, research and educational institution dedicated to the scientific study and traditional practice of Yoga, has continually sought opportunities to evolve and transform itself while staying rooted in its rich heritage.

Recently, the CEO, Shri Subodh Tiwari, initiated an important step towards strengthening the institution’s people capabilities through skill enhancement and development. This led us to connect with Sarita Pandey at Skillentials to explore a programme focused on reinstilling and bringing alive the core values of Kaivalyadhama among its staff.

As the first step in this journey, a two-day Train-the-Trainer programme was conducted for a group of Heads of Departments who volunteered to take on this responsibility. The programme was designed and delivered with great finesse, creating an environment where the participants engaged with the content with tremendous passion, openness and dedication.

This is more than just the beginning of a training initiative. It marks the beginning of a renewed cultural journey for Kaivalyadhama—one that builds on a cultural legacy that has been nurtured and handed down over a hundred years, beginning with Swami Kuvalyananda ji and carried forward by his successor, Shri O. P. Tiwari ji.

We sincerely appreciate Skillentials’ genuine effort, sensitivity and commitment in making this initiative a success. Tanoo in Sarita’s team along with Sarita curated this module specifically for the Institution. Most importantly, the programme has helped create cultural ambassadors among the Managers of Kaivalyadhama, who can now carry the institution’s values forward and help translate them into everyday behaviours and practices.

A hundred-year legacy. A renewed cultural journey. A new generation of ambassadors.

This is truly a promising beginning for Kaivalyadhama 2.0.
